To achieve clear, glowing skin, eat green vegetables with every meal. If possible, juicing green fruits and vegetables every day will give you an amazing glow from within and a clear complexion you will obsess over!!!

So what does green juice actually do for my skin?

Green juice provides you with essential vitamins and minerals. When absorbed, these nutrients help your body to produce oxygen-rich blood cells. As the cells flow to the surface of your skin, your skin becomes oxygenated, giving you a fresh dewy glow. Exactly what we crave!!

Juicing helps to clear out and drain the lymph nodes to ensure proper energy and hydration.

You do not have to go out and buy a juicer if you have one great if not that's ok too. Blending them together in a blender will also give you what you need. It's your choice and whatever works best for you. Here are the 3 levels of getting in your fruits and veggies.

Eat fruits and vegetables every day
Blend fruits and vegetables every day.
Juice fruits and vegetables every day.

There are many recipes out there but I will leave you with these two I have found to be pretty good.

Think of this as your Multivitamin in a glass

Perfectly Clean*

4 Celery Stocks
2 Carrots
2 medium beets
1/3 Medium Cucumber
1 Small bunch Parsley
2 handfuls of Spinach
Handful of Kale
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

For Green Goddess Juice**
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 large cucumber, cut into quarters
  • 1 medium green apple, cut into eighths
  • 1 medium pear, cut into eighths

It's not just what we put on (Whipped Shea Butter) our bodies that matters, it's what we put in (Healthy foods) our bodies, what we do (exercise) with our bodies, our mindset (clear mind) all together as a whole to give our skin that beautiful natural glow that feeds into our confidence and radiance.
